Asparagus
1 TBS Butter
1 TBS Olive Oil
Salt/Pepper
Lemon
Put Olive Oil in Pan and melt butter. When butter is melted, add asparagus. Roast asparagus over med-high heat for 5 minutes covered. Turn heat up to high and roast for 10 more minutes until asparagus begins to brown and is still crispy. Transfer to a serving dish. Squeeze fresh lemon over the asparagus.

The "Pan Roasted Asparagus" are just great. We had them for lunch today. Put up some more good recipes. Dad
