Pan Roasted Asparagus
Asparagus
1 TBS Butter
1 TBS Olive Oil
Salt/Pepper
Lemon
Put Olive Oil in Pan and melt butter. When butter is melted, add asparagus. Roast asparagus over med-high heat for 5 minutes covered. Turn heat up to high and roast for 10 more minutes until asparagus begins to brown and is still crispy. Transfer to a serving dish. Squeeze fresh lemon over the asparagus.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Red Potatoes

salt pepper
additional herbs as desired
Wash Potatoes
Cut potatoes in half
coat oven proof pan with oil 1/8inch
Add salt/pepper and other herbs to oil (fresh garlic may burn) rosemary, tarragon,
Place potatoes in pan cut side down
Roast potatoes in a covered pan for 30 minutes until crispy brown. Check potatoes at 20 minutes to determine additional time needed.
Serve with your favorite dunk.

1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbs fresh or 2 tsp dried Rosemary
3 cloves of garlic crushed
